By downloading, installing, or using the Cash Clicker Tycoon application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Print Coye Technology (HK) Co., Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

The App may offer virtual items or currency for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Print Coye Technology (HK) Co., Limited and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"Cash Clicker Tycoon," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
