How do I play Block Surge?

Drag pieces from the tray onto the 9x9 board. Fill an entire row, column, or 3x3 square to clear it and score points. The game ends when no remaining piece can be placed. A replayable 3-step tutorial is available in Settings.

How do Energy and Skills work?

Clearing lines and squares charges your Energy Bar. When it's full, tap a skill to unleash it: Bomb clears a 3x3 area, Reshuffle gives you new pieces, and Lightning clears an entire row or column of your choice.

What is the difference between Classic and Time Rush?

Classic is an endless, relaxing mode — play at your own pace until the board fills up. Time Rush gives you 90 seconds to score as high as possible.

How do Custom Skins work? Are my photos safe?

Tap Upload Photo on the home screen to turn pet and family photos into playable block skins. All photo processing happens entirely on your device — your photos are never uploaded to any server.

What is the Daily Challenge?

Every day there is a new challenge with a date-seeded piece sequence — everyone in the world gets the same pieces. Complete the daily goal to keep your streak going.

Can I undo a move?

Yes. You can undo your last placement or skill once by tapping the undo button next to the energy bar.

Will I lose my game if I close the app?

No. In-progress games are automatically saved. When you return, the menu shows a Continue button to resume where you left off.

How do leaderboards and achievements work?

Sign in to Game Center to compete on global leaderboards for Classic and Time Rush modes. The Achievements page tracks 8 achievements with progress bars, mirrored to Game Center. The game also keeps local Top-10 leaderboards per mode on your device.

How do I change themes or turn off sound?

Open Settings to switch between Classic, Cyber Neon, Zen, and Sunset themes, and to toggle Sound, Music, and Haptics separately.

The app crashed or is not working properly. What should I do?

Please try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device or reinstalling the app. If you continue to experience problems, contact us at printcoye@gmail.com with details about the issue.

How do I delete my data?

All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it using the reset-all-data option in the app's Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

How do I request a refund?
